A Model Call is where Pinch Providers sharpen their technique, and where you get wrinkle relaxers at a reduced per-unit price. Every treatment is performed by a licensed, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, supervised by an experienced expert injector. Here's everything to know before you book.
The basics
What is a Model Call?
It's a training event. Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners build their injection skills under the direct supervision of an experienced expert injector. Because it's part of Provider training, wrinkle relaxers come at a reduced per-unit price. Model Calls are held at hotels and similar venues, and they're open to the public. Pop-ups at partner locations, like salons and skincare shops, are separate events with their own pricing.
Who can attend?
Anyone 18 or older. First time trying wrinkle relaxers? You're welcome.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. Each person reserves their own time at bookpinch.com/events and must be 18 or older to be treated.
Your treatment
Which areas can be treated?
Your full face. Common areas include the forehead, frown lines (11s), crow's feet, the jaw muscles (masseters), and a lip flip. Neck bands and excessive sweating of the forehead or scalp can also be treated if your Provider confirms it's right for you during your consultation.
Which product is used?
Pinch uses Xeomin, a wrinkle relaxer with clinical effects similar to other leading brands. Other brands aren't offered.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of units?
No. You can treat one area or several, with as many units as you and your Provider agree on. If you'd like a lighter result, you'll talk through your goals and build your plan together.
How is my treatment plan decided?
Every Model Call starts with a consultation, just like a standard Pinch appointment. You and your Provider agree on the areas, the number of units, and the total cost before any injection. Want a head start? Build a treatment plan at bookpinch.com/plan.
Can I choose my injector?
Providers are assigned at the event, so you can't choose one in advance. Every Provider is a licensed, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner working under an expert injector's supervision.
How soon after a previous treatment can I come?
We recommend about 12 weeks before treating the same area again. An area you haven't treated recently needs no waiting period. If movement has fully returned before 12 weeks, treating sooner is fine, and your Provider will assess this at your consultation.
What if I'm pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition?
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, hold off on wrinkle relaxers and book later. If you have a medical condition, share your health history at the consultation, and your Provider will decide whether treatment is right for you.
Pricing and payment
How much does a Model Call cost?
Each event sets its own per-unit price, shown on its listing at bookpinch.com/events. That price applies to every unit you receive. You only pay for the units you get. There's no per-area charge, minimum spend, or extra fee.
How many units will I need?
It depends on the area, your anatomy, and the result you want. For reference, crow's feet typically take about 24 units (12 per side). Get a personal estimate with Pinch's complimentary Treatment Plan, and your Provider confirms the final number at your consultation.
When is payment taken?
Your card on file is charged after your treatment is complete.
Can I use account credit or a promo code?
Credit already on your Pinch account can be applied. Promo codes can't be combined with Model Call pricing.
Do I need a membership?
No. If you enrolled in a membership by mistake at the event, email clients@pinchmed.com to cancel it and request a refund.
What do touch-ups cost?
Model Call pricing applies only at the event. Touch-ups and later treatments are billed at standard pricing: $12 per unit, or $10 per unit for Pinch Premium Members.
What if I was charged the wrong amount?
Email clients@pinchmed.com with your receipt. Approved refunds return to your original card within 3–5 business days.
Can I change my card on file?
Yes. Update it in your account at bookpinch.com any time before the event.
Booking, changes, and cancellations
How do I sign up?
Upcoming Model Calls are listed at bookpinch.com/events. Each listing shows the date, venue, price, and open times, and you reserve directly on that page. Events tend to fill quickly.
Why can't I select a time slot?
That slot is already full. Any time still showing on the event page is open to book.
When is the next Model Call?
New events are added to bookpinch.com/events on a rolling basis across Pinch markets. If nothing's scheduled near you, check back soon, or book a standard at-home appointment at regular pricing.
How do I change my time or cancel?
Both happen in your account at bookpinch.com/appointments. You can move to any open time at the same event. To reach your Provider, message them through the website.
Can my reservation become a regular appointment?
Model Call pricing applies only at the event. If you can't make it, cancel your reservation and book a standard at-home appointment with any Pinch Provider at regular pricing, or reserve a spot at a future Model Call.
Do I need to verify my ID?
No. ID verification isn't required, and your reservation isn't on hold if verification fails. Having trouble with the link? Email clients@pinchmed.com.
What if my booking didn't confirm?
If your card was charged but no confirmation arrived, or the booking page didn't finish, email clients@pinchmed.com with the event name and a screenshot. Confirmed appointments appear in your account at bookpinch.com.

What should I expect at the venue?
Model Calls take place in a shared room, usually a hotel conference room, with other clients and Providers nearby. Signs at the hotel point you to the room, and hotel staff can help too. Appointments run in set time slots.
