Clinical Experience: Laura is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical practice spanning Integrative Medicine, Correctional Health, College Health, Urgent Care, and Primary Care. A proud graduate of Boston College’s Connell School of Nursing, she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with a specialty in Women’s Health. Aesthetic Training & Advanced Education: After decades of caring for patients across diverse clinical settings, Laura pursued advanced training and certification in aesthetic medicine, returning to her alma mater, Boston College, as well as completing specialized training through PINCH Academy. She has also trained under Dr. Rainone at the Boston BioSkills Cadaver Lab, where she developed advanced expertise in complex facial anatomy and aesthetic injection techniques. Athletic Background: A former Division I collegiate athlete in cross-country and track at Boston College, Laura continued her competitive running career post-collegiately with the Boston Athletic Association. Her dedication to discipline, wellness, and peak performance has remained an integral part of both her personal and professional life. Philosophy of Care: Laura has a deep passion for aesthetic dermatology and women’s wellness. She was drawn to PINCH by its commitment to natural, refined aesthetic outcomes and its personalized, concierge approach to patient care. Her philosophy centers on creating a comfortable, spa-like experience while delivering thoughtful, high-quality results that enhance each patient’s unique features. Personal Life: Laura resides in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with her husband, Justin, whom she met through Boston College athletics and their three children, Aurelia, Jayce, and Jaeger. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, staying active, and creating adventures with family and friends.
