Hello all! My name is Melissa Bernat. I received my undergrad BSN at Valparaiso University and my Doctorate Nurse Practitioner degree from Rush University. After 10 years of working in the hospital setting I’m enjoying transitioning into the outpatient setting and into your homes! I enjoy trying new restaurants and different cultural foods and I am always accepting new recipes to try. I live in the Ravenswood area of Chicago.
