By day I work in a busy internal medicine clinic helping individuals achieve their health goals. Working in healthcare for over 20 years has provided a solid foundation of knowledge and skills. I have a deep passion to provide holistic care which includes how we feel about ourselves. I love working with people to help them find the right services that will make them feel confident in their skin. We should all have the opportunity to look and feel our best! In my off time, I love anything outdoors and spending time with my family.

I obtained my bachelor's degree from Pacific Lutheran University and my master's from Gonzaga University. I am a board certified family nurse practitioner.
